take a rest

Dedon always have a great collection of furnitures.
The'nestrest" is one of them.
I think a lot of their collections have been copied all around.
I'm sure this will be the same.

bauhaus for children

I love everything from naef.
Especially their bauhaus toys collection.
I know that Magga won't think these are interesting.
He only wants to be a superhero 'ultraman' in these days.
I have been raising him in a wrong way...maybe.
But he seems to be a very happy boy anyway.
I will think of him that way though.

Good idea

Magga would turn on and off this lighting all day.
For the feeling of lighting the matches.

HBD 50 years of Panton Chair

To celebrate the 50th years anniversary of this iconic chair.
These Panton chairs are customized from the the British Panton Chair Competition.
Nice.
I'm thinking of myself when I reach 50 and still look this cool like them.

Door stop

This door stop from hausinterior is such a good idea.

It's just the matter of time

I wish I could have more than 24 hours for each day.
And for that extra time I gain I would spend for sleeping right away.
This clock could solve this by writing time I want to have.
But I have to move to another planet to make everything comes true.

As cool as her clothes.

Shopping fantasy: Max Bill Watch

I fell in love with this watch right away after I see its pictures.
It was designed in 1962 before I was born
but still look so now like it was yesterday.
I have no wonder to discover that he was a student of
Walter Gropius at Bauhaus.
Max Bill is an architect, artist, painter, typeface designer,
industrial designer and graphic designer.
I've never had my mind on another watch before.
The one that I've been wearing on my wrist is for over 20 years.
But I think I can change my mind now.

Friendly furniture

I don't think that I would have "the unexpected visitors who stay over night" in my house.
And I don't think that I'm friendly enough for the idea of this furniture.
But I'm still in love with it.
It's such a hippie idea for me.
The sofa is designed by engineer, Claus Molgaard and Ole Jensen.

Bubble calendar

It's almost a new year so it's time for a new calendar.
This is a poster-sized calendar with a bubble to pop everyday.
I couldn't stop smiling for this one.

Pattern at Sis deli+cafe

I can't get enough of checked pattern.
This delicatessen in Finland use black and white checked pattern
for their interior and graphic design.
Cool idea!

Checked

I'm really into pattern so this reminds me of home accessories
from Normann Copenhagen : the Mormor series designed by Gry Fager.

"The inspiration is textiles and the things that we are accustomed to surrounding ourselves
with when in the kitchen."
